Free changing table / desk

Ikea Stuva changing table with drawers / shelves, which can also convert into a desk. 

I don't think they do this particular model any more, but it looks very similar to this one:

It's in good condition with a few minor scratches/ marks. We have the instructions and all the pieces/ fittings. Shown as a desk in the attached picture.
