Where to scrap a car

Never scrapped a car before. Not sure what to do. Can anyone offer any advice on how, who, where etc? Much appreciated in advance.

scrapped mine a few years ago.

think I sold it to WeScrapAnyCar.com

only criteria required was that it must have all 4 wheels in tact

You could try offering it on Freecycle for spares?

You can scrap it on line .  Just put scrap my car put a couple of details in get a price if agreed car should be picked up within 2 hours

i would recommend these, they give you a quote when you call them, collect it when they say they will and pay you the money into your account as soon as they have collected it.  They were recommended to me by my mechanic as my car was going to cost so much to get through the MOT, so needed to scrap it
