hairdresser/highlights wanted

I'm looking for a hairdresser to either do full head of highlights in a local salon or come to my home. Can anyone recommend anyone good that isn't going to cost the earth, around forest hill,brockley, honor oak or sydenham best.

  This is a bugbear of mine too. I especially dislike unsolicited mail that is partially stuffed through the letterbox, leaving the letterbox open. It advertises no one is in and also lets heat escape.
