I found two Bolivian children's passports, pristine on the pavement in our suburban street. Concerned for the owners, I notified the police. They were rude and dismissive so I contacted the Bolivian Embassy who were helpful, grateful and keen to have them back. -
Yes ofcourse was just taking a chance someone may see it and I could give it directly to them, when you send back to passport office they don't inform the person they have received it... dropped off to police station now -
Yes, the planes would be grounded by now if there was a major issue. Separately and nothing to do with your post I've heard of casual or full on racist conspiracy theories as it was an Air India plane that crashed.
