The Goose Is Out! Seasonal Singaround, The Ivy House, 40 Stuart Road SE15 3BE, Sunday 10 December. 7pm

We welcome everyone to our Singaround, to sing or to listen.

Songs can be accompanied or unaccompanied, solo or in a duo or more, any genre it isn't an open mic evening - we don't use a mic and we don't use the stage.

First to sign up, first to sing, just sign up at any time at the list on the ticket table. Everybody gets one song then if there's time we start again.

This time we will intersperse individuals songs with carols that everyone can join in with.

There will be mince pies.

Door opens at 7pm, singing starts at 7.15 prompt, £5 on the door cash or BACS only.

  I think it’s directly related because a major factor in so few houses actually being built despite the demand is a) financial incentives for builders isn’t there. Longer they wait to build the more prices go up. Because too many people want prices to go up b) nimbys. In expensive houses. Don’t build here it will devalue my property Because my property price has to go up
