Can you recommend books for children on "the birds and the bees"

My 4 year old is asking more and more questions about how babies get into tummies etc. I think there was a thread here some time ago recommending good books to aid discussion (I think I need help as I want to answer honestly and appropriately!).

Babette Cole - 'mummy laid an egg' I think it is pitched about right for that age group - quite straightforward but written in an appealing way for small children .

Another vote for 'Mummy laid an egg'. I love it! Not sure how much of it my 4 year old has taken in. She was much more interested in sea slug reproduction - they each have a willy, the willy breaks off inside the other and then they grow a new one.
