David recently did some work tidying up my flat after it had been tenanted - repaired plaster, boxed-in pipework, some minor re-tiling and painting. He was very pleasant to deal with, always turned up on time and took on-board my comments. He also fitted in my work at short notice and I would certainly use him again.
