Hi to all in the fair land of ED. Hope all is well and you are enjoying the summer (im putting the intention out there:)

After lots of soul searching, We have decided to dissolve SNUB Dulwich. This is due to lots of different things happening, and no longer having the time to commit to the group.

I would like to thank everyone in East Dulwich for your support over the last 6 years. SNUB have completed over 7 projects in the East Dulwich Area, our last project SNUB Gardens for schools, will be completed by Sept 2014.

SNUB would also like to thank Southwark Council, Councillor James Barber and Councillor Robin Crookshankhilton.

We would also like to thank our lovely sponsors who have worked with SNUB over the last 6 years,

Mc Govern Build and Design who dedicated time, energy and the planters for all of our gardens projects. Alec Nikolic the lovely landscape gardener who donated plants and soil to the community garden project.

Heather and Kate at the Vale residents association, who headed the Dulwich physic garden project at Dulwich hospital.

And Finally The East Dulwich Forum for giving SNUB a platform to help enhance our community's awareness of Sustainability within our local community.

Lets keep on rocking with community action :) yay

    • It was indeed in the vicinity of DKH. I live on the ED estate and I could tell it must be close by because of the noise. When I left my house this morning I found the culprits litter still in the middle of the st. It looked like they had lit a whole box on fire in the middle of the road. My cat jumped out of her skin. I’ll try and report it on Southwark website same as I have had to with other illegal use this week. Any other ideas for what we can do with the photos? Maybe one of the Southwark councillors. It’s outrageous and dangerous behaviour.
    • Had another great meal there…. those that haven’t tried it, give it a go.. have a special lunch menu as well so you can get a flavour of the food.
    • If you "cotton on" and read the council announcement, it clearly states "The library will be closed from 17 November until late June or early July 2026."  https://www.southwark.gov.uk/2025/dulwich-library-closing-refurbishment
    • I’ve been seeing Lisa at goose green clinic for energy work for a year now.  Lisa is kind, caring and hugely supportive. She is wonderfully masterful and trained as a reiki master for 20 plus years. Alongside other energy work.  My time spent with her is like therapy. An emotional safe space for deep conversations and reflection followed by relaxing and energising healing work.  each experience I’ve had has been different, the end result remains the same. Feel lighter, almost euphoric and almost float home. Definitely an experience not to be missed.  https://www.goosegreenclinic.net/therapies/healing-energy-work/
