Wanted: admin person - 1 hr per day from home

RGS Electrical is a small firm of electricians working in the East Dulwich area.

We require someone to help with our invoicing, plus other related administration tasks.

The work would be from home, and is estimated to be about 1 hour per day, Monday to Friday.

Job tasks:

- creating, checking and emailing out invoices

- ensuring all hours have been billed

- ensuring all invoices have been paid

- chasing payment from clients

- daily telephone catch-up call

- produce weekly reports on time billed, amount invoiced etc.
