ESPH is an exclusive gym and healthcare facility in East Dulwich. We are looking for local gym staff and class instructors to take our range of fitness classes from July 2013 including cycle, circuit and core-abs classes. A range of class times available including evening, early morning, morning and weekends. Must have exceptional communication skills and be highly personable with excellent exercise skills and experience/qualifications. Pay rates up to ?35/hour (for the 6:45am classes). Personal training would be a bonus but not-essential. Send a cover letter and CV to [email protected].

  No problem. I think it is also worth saying, in light of the recent Panorama programme, that we, at No-Flies, are completely independent and do not have referral arrangements with solicitors or surveyors. We believe that both buyers and sellers should be free to make their own choices on who they wish to instruct - though we are happy to provide recommendations and will try to warn people off firms with whom we have had previous bad experiences.
