Space now available for in-person hypnobirthing class next weekend (13th-14th)!

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Space has just become available for our next in-person hypnobirthing class, coming up on the 13th and 14th January!

This is a welcoming and friendly group class held at Push Studios in East Dulwich. You will learn tools and techniques to help you prepare for birth, letting go of anxiety and feeling more positive and confident during pregnancy. You will learn relaxation and breathing techniques to use during labour and beyond, with your partners fully involved, informed and with a vital role to play.

This really is for you, your partner and your baby.

However and wherever you choose to have your baby, this course will help you have an empowering pregnancy and birth.

Reviews can be found on google maps and there are many positive birth stories on my website; https://www.hypnobirthingplace.co.uk/positive-birth-stories-and-testimonials

Here is some lovely feedback from one of my November 2023 course clients:

I could tell from how your website and the ethos and values that emanate from it, that this was going to be a very special weekend, and it certainly exceeded my expectations.

Please get in touch if you'd like to ask any questions, or go ahead and book directly here: https://www.hypnobirthingplace.co.uk/shop/group-class-13th-14th-jan

Best wishes,

    • It didn't occur to me to ask. No idea if dieticians are employed within the NHS. It is just one line of enquiry among others. The GP mentioned it, not me.
    • Sorry duplicate post
    • I thought the most they sell in terms of hot food at londis is like pastries and sausage rolls and for hot drinks its like costa coffee but its always a convenience store. Doesn’t look too bad in my opinion considering that shop has been closed down ever since i moved here
    • Hi Busterb, Yesterday I turned up with a scanner & towels, hoping to take a deceased tabby down to TNV. The body was moved moments before arrival & had not been turned in to any vets, rescues or animal hospitals. I am wondering if this could have been the same cat & if someone just tried to move the tabby further away from the road. Please be warned, viewers discretion is advised. but this is what the deceased tabby looked like: https://www.facebook.com/groups/900015513463302/permalink/3729980853800073/  In any case, if you haven't been able to get someone to scan or take down to a vet, I can scan tomorrow morning.
