Toddler ear, eye & speech assessments

Hi! Does anyone know where I can get a proper, full assessment of my 3-year old's sight, hearing and speech? (I am looking for anything else than GPs and referral types of systems, and somewhere they can check all of this in one go, so I assume that means private by default.)
