We are looking to let out our lovely flat for three months from beginning of March – end of May.

A one-bed property with two reception rooms (dining room and living room), currently with a desk set up in each, so is well equipped for professionals. We are fortunate to have a front and back garden!

The flat is fully furnished, and has been decorated recently with new carpets and furniture.

We are well situated in Nunhead, walking distance from Peckham Rye Park and a short bus ride from Peckham, East Dulwich, Brockley, Honor Oak and New Cross. There is free street parking outside the property.

Monthly rent: £1750 (excluding bills)
