Just to say that following recommendations here I used Mark Best and he was very good... he made a super human effort to get to me to quote for the job... was spot on with the problem and gave a range of solutions explaining the costs for each.

On the day he started early and finished early. He was fitting a new bathroom extractor with all the venting and some new lights and even offer my husband help on the day too. He was impressed and so was I. He just seemed like a really knowledgeable person and I would use him again no problem.
