Hotel/Room/Accomodation options in ED?

My parents will be coming to visit at the end of the month and we need to find them somewhere to stay. They've said they'd much prefer to be as close to us as possible, and I've been trying to research options for air b n b in the neighbourhood but all the nicer ones are already booked out. Also saw the Victoria does rooms upstairs (which would be great, we're quite close to Bellenden road) but they're also booked out.

Can anyone recommend any hotels or b and bs, rooms above pubs, basically anything in East Dulwich/Nunhead/Peckham that woudl have its own en suite and be nice enough that my reasonably elderly parents can have a pleasent nights sleep for a couple of nights?
