Morning

We are looking to rent our 3 bedroom Victorian terraced home with large garden from 18 July to 31 August.  We have done this before and found lovely tenants on this forum.

The house has been lovingly and carefully renovated by us over the last 5 years, and has x3 large double bedrooms, one master with ensuite, one that our children share and a large guest room with king bed & desk space. There is also a separate shower room upstairs. Downstairs is mainly open plan with a big kitchen, dining, living room, with underfloor heating, that all opens on to a big garden. There's a separate downstairs toilet plus play room and utility area. The garden was renovated recently and has a patio dining area followed by lawn with raised planters and fruit trees.

We live near to Lewisham Hospital, please DM for more details, I have lots of photos.

Thank you

    • DKH was two form entry, it is now one form entry to cope with the fact it was far more under subscribed than other schools in the area. They had actually combined year groups into single classes, 3/4 and 5/6.  When a school changes name, it’s usually because of a bad reputation perhaps the results.  The new name is dry with no history unlike its current name. It’s a very sketchy decision. It’s an expensive vanity project for someone.  What  will happen if the name change does not increase applications to the school?
    • @first mate I assume Alice made a mistake, as she removed her reaction.  I was wondering about park wardens. As I said, there was one there last night, who was incredibly helpful and proactive. As well as bringing me to the police, he caught up with a young guy on a bike who'd earlier been the victim of an attempted theft by these kids and linked him up with the police too. But I do wonder, as I've only very occasionally seen him riding around, how many they have and what hours they patrol. I've no doubt they'd be a strong deterrent if they had a better presence. They were nowhere to be seen the first time around.  Update: I've just found this: https://services.southwark.gov.uk/community-safety/community-wardens The guy in the photo at the bottom of the page was the lovely warden of last night and I've just now remembered him telling me he's based in Burgess Park. Anyway, there needs to be more of them, as I rarely see one in Peckham.
