Our Recreational Programme designed for everyone, who is just starting out in the sport, as well as those with some experience in gymnastics. Recreational classes are designed to improve hand-eye coordination, body control, spatial awareness, memory, and concentration. It will also teach elements of the beginning of rhythmic gymnastics such as flexibility, basic acrobatics, and apparatus handling.

Due to some reorganization in our groups after Easter, we now have some openings in the age group of 5-7 years old. You are welcome to join us and learn new skills .
