Is this your cat - large unneutered shaggy black cat

This fella is hanging out on our decking daily, trying to get inside to eat my cats' food. Near the Horniman Museum.

That I don't mind so much but he is not neutered. I know this from painful experience. 

Is he lost? Is he yours? If so please do get him neutered, he has already caused distress.

There seems to be a lot of unneutered cats around at the moment, is it due to cost of living crisis?  I really wish people would neuter their pets, as you say,  they are causing distress to our cats. Cat charities will help with neutering if necessary.

Also: Stick a bell on an elasticated collar on your cat. It doesn’t hurt the cat and fewer birds will be killed or maimed.

I’d call Celia Hammond for advice. He might be a stray/feral and they could trap, neuter and release.
