Hi there, I have a nice clean large(ish) room available in my three bedroom house available immediately for rent. 

We (me and my 16year old and cat) live in Nunhead just round the corner from the Rye. 

I am a Kundalini yoga teacher and he is at The BRIT School studying production arts, we'd like to live with someone calm, friendly and creative. 

It's a modern house with a nice little garden, a sun trap with tables and chairs on a quiet estate just opposite the shops on Nunhead Lane.

Nice big double fronted Ikea wardrobe, new carpet, double bed but you can have the room unfinished (except for the wardrobe if you'd prefer) 

The landlord wants £800 for the room plus bills.
