Studio Share, Bussey Building, Peckham

We have a lovely bright studio on 4th floor of the Bussey building, Peckham. This studio is 276 square feet and is shared by 3 people, each paying ?117 per month - this includes electricity and heating.

One person is moving out, possibly two, so there will be space for new people from August or earlier.

We are currently an Upholsterer and a costume maker so would suit someone doing textiles/jewelery?

There would also be a deposit of 2 months rent to pay.

If you are interested please PM me and let me know what work you would be doing.

Thanks!

Also there is a lift but no internet apart from your mobile phone...

    • No, you didn’t write the article. But unless you’re a Telegraph subscriber, you haven’t read the article either. Have you read it? The psychopath Telegraph lives behind a (rubber) paywall but using this kind of sensationalist, accusatory headline gets it traction on social media. The headline becomes more important than the article; many will see it and some will take it as a statement of fact. And it will be shown on endless “let’s take a look at the papers” segments on TV and radio for 12 hours or more in every news day. And so, a tiny number of reactionary, right wing hacks has a vastly disproportionate influence on the popular conversation despite the papers they work for being bought by almost nobody these days.
    • Trelco are wonderful. James has been super reliable and they are a gem to have around us locally. Trust them completely, will give honest advice and have very fair pricing for all small work around the house or bigger plumbing projects. I've used them multiple times and they will always find the time to help, even when they are busy they will pop round to make sure we aren't stranded which is a nice touch.
    • "attack on the tax", I posted a link, how was that an attack? I didn't write the article, so how was that an attack on the proposed tax?  Are you now saying what can and cannot be posted, when did you become Admin(NOT).
