Underfloor heating - electric - and new flooring?

Has anyone used someone and can recommend someone to fit an electric underfloor heating system (18 m sq) and possibly re-fit LVT flooring over the top?

Doesn't have to be the same tradesperson. Really looking for real, honest recommendations, and with availability end of April. Thanks
