Recommend a driving instructor for refresher lessons

Can anyone recommend a driving instructor who specialises in refresher lessons?

I have hardly driven since I passed my test 15 years ago. It would be good to find someone who can help me get over my fear of driving.

I did an intensive course only to fail my driving test; I then found Silvano who quickly arranged a series of lessons for me and got me confident behind the wheel. He was extremely friendly, patient and professional and taught me how to understand driving and feel comfortable with it.
