Community yoga classes at Dulwich Library

Every Monday between 6:30 and 7:30pm I teach community yoga in the hall at Dulwich Library. If you’re interested to try yoga in an inclusive and non-judgement space this Spring, come along and try it! 
 

The classes are totally all levels and I give lots of options. They are donation based, with most people paying between £7-£10 a class. There’s no need to book, you can just come by and bring a mat if you have one. If you’re interested or want to chat about yoga, PM me!

I've been doing this class with Jenna for a year now.  It's my weekly fix of face to face yoga and I love it.  Jenna is a great teacher, it's a really lovely supportive space for everyone, I can't recommend highly enough.  See you tomorrow!
