Experienced Plumber for Old Hot Water System

I’m looking for a plumber who’s experienced with an old hot water system and modern showers/pumps.
 

The last plumber I used has accepted defeat!

If you have a gas boiler you may wish confirmation that this isn't anything to do with the heating/ boiler part, otherwise you may need a 'gas safe registered' plumber (used to be Corgi).

Thanks - as far as we know it’s nothing to do with the boiler.
