Fighting for fitness

Recommended Posts

Hey all,

I'm thinking of re-starting some personal training again.

I have approx. 20years experience in martial arts and general gym work.

Anything ranging from:

Weight loss, boxing, muay thai, Chinese Kick Boxing, conditioning, Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility work etc....

My training regimes are fun, friendly and focused.

If I choose to take you on, you will achieve your goals.

I don't have a venue set up, so locally in the parks or gardens (mine or yours) works well.

I have all necessary equipment. All you need is trainers, water and the will to train to achieve your goals.

I charge GBP 20p/h (cheaper for block bookings) and can be available most evenings and weekends.

Give me a shout if interested...all ages/fitness levels/experience welcome.

Thank you

    • You have to use the right extinguisher for the type of fire - water/foam not to be used for live electrical fires for example. A quick Google says powder extinguishers can be used on the most different types of fire. In a public/commercial setting fire extinguishers have to be serviced every year. Not sure the recommendation for residential ones, but when you buy extinguishers and fire blankets check if there's an expiry date.
    • Thanks, yes I need the y piece for the water to go to IN both washing machine AND the dishwasher but the y piece doesn’t fit on the B yellow pipe…  I’m not worried about the waste pipe for now, I’m just concerned about the supply to get water in to both appliances
    • Not sure about the word “input” - do you mean outflow / waste ? Red figure A looks like the sink overflow. If B is the washing machine outflow then that’s where you want your Y fitting. ( assuming all above conjecture is correct). I’d put a cap on that chrome threaded dead connection too. Don’t just rely on the valve. It all looks a bit of a mess TBH 🫣.
