Sorry, a bit late but just came across your post. If you're still looking I would highly recommend https://www.h-architectstudio.co.uk/  (certified Passivhaus designer/architect). Has just moved out of the area but lived in East Dulwich/Gipsy Hill for many years and currently has projects on site in in London and Stroud.
