Recomend a Plummer vrs Rip off one

I can recommend a Plumer that came today and spend 4 hrs sorting my toilet .. Colin Douglas (The Tile wizard and Wizard Interiors 07961 397430) was also very reasonable as opposed as a visit I had last Friday from a lady Plummer called Carrie Andrews that spend 2 hrs on silicone for a shower and unblocking a sink and charged me 3 times more than Colin. She works by the hourly rate and it is extortion money... Ridiculous !! Not even good as she could not even look at toilet.. But she remind me several times that time was kicking and she will charge to investigate!!

I ask her to go and thanks to Bells I got Colin's number..

I am now a very happy customer.. But was not happy with Carrie at all what a rip off

  You have to use the right extinguisher for the type of fire - water/foam not to be used for live electrical fires for example. A quick Google says powder extinguishers can be used on the most different types of fire. In a public/commercial setting fire extinguishers have to be serviced every year. Not sure the recommendation for residential ones, but when you buy extinguishers and fire blankets check if there's an expiry date.

  Thanks, yes I need the y piece for the water to go to IN both washing machine AND the dishwasher but the y piece doesn’t fit on the B yellow pipe… I’m not worried about the waste pipe for now, I’m just concerned about the supply to get water in to both appliances

  Not sure about the word “input” - do you mean outflow / waste ? Red figure A looks like the sink overflow. If B is the washing machine outflow then that’s where you want your Y fitting. ( assuming all above conjecture is correct). I’d put a cap on that chrome threaded dead connection too. Don’t just rely on the valve. It all looks a bit of a mess TBH 🫣.
