Interesting solution to owning a cargo bike

Came across this company recently who have potentially solved the issue of cargo bikes taking up so much space when not in use or when no cargo is required.

With this sort of thinking, maybe the use of cargo bikes can be increased and it won't be long before we see more innovation like this.

That's about what cargo ebikes cost. The motor and the battery are both amazing pieces of technology, but they don't come cheap.

No-one looks twice at a £4000 car...

I agree, but like most things, someone will find a cheaper way of making them I suspect

I have PTSD from a folding bike I had as a kid that snapped in half when I did a jump! I look at things like this and Bromptons and get the fear which is why I stick to sturdier bikes!
