katanita Posted July 20, 2013 Share Posted July 20, 2013 Seconded for ESPH physio on Lordship Lane, saw Richard there with a sprained ankle and he was great. Explains everything he's doing and gives you a realistic exercise regime.Might just be a matter of changing the shoes though? Can get a running analysis and correct shoe fitting done at most good sports stores.
