Kenro Press (Empty shop) - Forest Hill Road

Hello! I'm just wondering if anyone has information on who owns the empty property, Kenro Press? I've seen online that whoever owns it have asked for planning permission to change it to a residence, rather than business (February this year), but wondering if anyone knows more?

It was for sale now it’s sold and being made into a home. excellent.

It was me how asked the question I managed to contact the shop owners the shop had now been sold have no idea who owns the property now

Hi all,

My partner and I are the new owners of the shop. We have known and admired it for many years, and thought it would be an amazing place for us to live. 

It has been left empty and has been neglected for a very long time. So there is a lot of work to be done. 

We plan to fully restore the shop front, all original features and fix all the issues the building has. And turn it into our home. 

Really excited for it all to begin.

I often walk past 'Kenro Press' and think it looks very sad and negleted.

I wonder when it was last a viable business - tried googling it but nothing much came up

Great to hear it is being brought back to life, perhaps a pity it will not be a new usefull retail premises.
