Can anybody recommend a solicitor who can advise on a housing issue in Southwark please ?  I'm planning to rent out my house and need some adviCe on HMO issue. Looking for experienced, competent, fair pricing! Thank you .

Have solicitors specializing in all sorts, have onky used Ann Pickering (Wills and family matters) she was brilliant and half the price another local one had charged us several years earlier.

They have solicitors specialising in all sorts including property.

googled them just now and have terrific reviews,

We've used https://www.pcm-law.net/property-law/ on 2 sales and 2 purchases (+2 gazumped purchases) and we've been happy with Ema Hasan and Paul Critchley. We found them very commonsensical and reassuring. They're not the cheapest but the fees seemed reasonable to me.
