Help! Can anyone locally tailor my sari?

Morning!

I had a lovely sari made for my sisters wedding but the material is way too wide - it was fine with the blouse I wore for her wedding but won't work with the halter neck one I am wearing on 10th August.

Is anyone able to essentially cut and sew it to size - ideally you'd be local and able to do it within a week?
