Standards are slipping or it's getting more difficult. This time last season I had 65 points and 53 would see you in a mere 7th place.

Last season's final average score was 8.65.

Previous seasons were 7.03, 7.94 and 7.94.

So ignoring last season, this season's scoring so far is about average.

However, as winner of last season's comp I can confirm that the standard then was indeed much higher...:)
