Hello local friends and neighbours

Join us at Herne Hill Velodrome - your favourite local cycle racing track for the South London Grand Prix 2024 the big highlight of our racing calendar! On Thursday 13th & Friday 14th June at we will host two days of thrilling day of high-speed action and excitement as we bring top international track racers and new talent to South London.

Watch as racers from the UK and the rest of the world compete here: as an historic Olympic venue (London '48 Games) we're excited to be hosting the best upcoming talent in track racing to compete in Madison, Keirin, Sprint and Omnium events over two days in this Olympic Year.

Tickets available now via Eventbrite and online only!

The South London Grand Prix isn't just about the racing, there will be plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment to keep you busy throughout the day.   NYE is always like this. If you’re concerned about your pets, please consider seeing a vet as they can help. We give our dog valerian and play calming music, which helps especially after long walks and a big dinner. If it’s for yourself, it’s one night, so also suggest seeing your doctor for advice. It is loud, although more predictable ( kept to evening:to midnight) than Guy Fawkes celebrations which go on for days and are arguably selfish and inconsiderate. Either way, it’s a very difficult time for many.

- Not tech ED but WD.. reclaiming parking fines which council are paying back.

  Happy New Year all, I sent a request for reimbursement of fines issues during all this …. Lambeth Council issued unjust parking tickets. Got a reference number back from them.. not heard for three months and from memory expires in Jan. Been round Lambeth Council offices and got know no where except being passed round in circles. Does anyone have a contact number or name please? Talking about a couple of hundred quid. Please do delete if not allowed but sure others have been effected as well… Thanks and Happy New Year.
