Moving people - no van needed

Does anyone know moving people, like 2 guys at the short notice for couple of hours. Hopefully we are moving on Friday but we will be sure on Monday.

We are not moving far just 2 floors up, block with the lift. We need someone to move the sofa, wardrobe, fridge etc, heavy stuff for us.

Can anyone recommend someone able to do that, not very expensive.
