Hope you're doing well?

I live in ED and will soon be having some renovation work done on my flat - I'm looking for somewhere locally to rent short term from August until just before Christmas whilst the work is being completed. 

If anyone here has a place or if you know of anyone who might be able to help that would be brilliant!

Hi Katherine, my lovely tenant just told me she is leaving on the 22nd of July. Ideally I do want someone longer term but it might give me time to get my head around it. I do ask that the tenant manage the garden.
