Hi, I'm Matt, I'm a certified life coach with over fifteen years of experience in working with individuals, families, charities, schools and corporations.

I specialise in helping people navigate (and thrive in) a world which doesn't always feel like an easy fit. I have worked extensively with neurodivergent adults, young people and their families through diagnoses and beyond.

  Hello, Our puppy arrived with us in the summer of 2020. Here are our recommendations… Vet - The Neighbourhood Vet (Lordship Lane) They’re always lovely, no matter which vet you see - and have helped us with all sorts of issues Groomers - We’ve been going to Marta for years. She’s brilliant. Our dog used to find grooming really stressful until we found Marta. She’s now in Penge which isn’t too far of a drive: https://www.4pawsdogstylist.com Puppy training - we used this lady.
