Lost gold ring with yellow stone

I lost a gold ring with a largish yellow stone in a simple 1970’s setting on Saturday or Sunday whilst running in Dulwich Park, Sydenham Woods, around Sydenham Hill Station, the pathway to Croxted Road, Bel Air Park, Court Lane.  Of huge sentimental value to me.  Thank you.
