Clipper Organic has been my go-to for years. I don't think the Organic is any more expensive than the non-organic. Cant beat it, and they do English Breakfast if you want something a bit brighter.

Ringtons English Breakfast is another good option but there aren't many stockists around here. Morrisons might sell it still. https://www.ringtons.co.uk/products/ringtons-breakfast-tea-bags-x-50

I get my tea from Birchall who are in Sydenham. Their tea is always really good quality - but it is expensive. I order online in bulk to get free postage. The breakfast tea is good and strong and their Darjeeling is the most consistent in quality (I find other brands lose flavour at certain times in the year)

Another plus is that the bags are compostable, something I can confirm because I've been putting them in my dalek for years.

I have a referral code  42W012Q but I don't know if using it gets you a discount or not (it might only benefit me) either way they have a sale on at the moment.

Looks good. Thanks for posting. Less expensive than Ocado. I do like the Kenyan tea I’ve had in the past from M&S.

  • Thanks 1

And yes, this could be counter productive. But I'm sure the silver tongued Keir Starmer will be able to smooth things over. Not to mention the King and Queen 🤢  I think it's right that people should feel able to make their feelings known. It appears to be  a peaceful and well planned demonstration, and presumably they won't be bringing out the Baby Trump inflatable again, which must be well deflated by now.
    • Its a few years ago now, but I organised my end of year prom (for year 13) at Off the Cuff in Herne Hill - was on the cheaper side to rent and at that age, felt very cool and clubby. I had my own 18th at Whirled Cinema in Loughborough Junction but I'm not sure if they take event bookings like that anymore
    • You are right . It isn't going to change him for the better. Sending such a negative message is potentially counter-productive. Trump is narcissistic, arrogant, unpredictable, spiteful, divisive, and dishonest, with a penchant for a total a disregard for democratic norms.  He is one who bears a grudge so there's a case to be made for not offending him as he could react with a bunch of  adverse actions  such as  deciding to increase import tariffs on UK exports to the US.
    • Unless we don't fly I don't think we can be too critical of the authorities.
