May as well get rid of them as everyone seems to flout them. Do Southwark ever enforce these?

No.

They did try, once upon a time, to install some fancily expensive hydraulic barriers on one or two of the bus lanes. But, following the predictable results, they gave up on the idea.

There has been at least one thread on this forum started by somebody who had been fined, so I guess Southwark does sometimes enforce them.
