One or two bed garden flat wanted

Hi I'm looking for a ground floor property to rent for my parents who are retired and can pay rent upfront for 3-6 months at a time. They're available to move asap and prefer East Dulwich and surrounding areas as they're familiar with the area and want to be close to me.

Please let me know if you're renting something either long or short term. All options considered, main issue is they'd prefer to avoid having stairs to navigate.
