Hello everyone!

Following my previous post and thanks to the kind feedback of the community I have created an online survey. 

For a bit of background: I am Lola, a French girl from Lille. I've lived in London for the past 5 years and have recently quit my full time job to focus on a project close to my heart. I am planning to open a deli, specialised in the products on my beloved region of the Hauts-de-France. I do think that the region is underrepresented in the city and that it can be a great addition to the amazing line of independent shops in the area. Amongst other things, I will sell farm cheeses, ciders, beers, homemade cheese tarts, salads, and sugar tarts and waffles! There will be an opportunity to enjoy a drink and a nibble onsite as well.
