Hi Elly

Hope you are well, love your place.
my name is Gabriela and we are looking for a temporary accommodation ideally 3-6 months while we are looking for a forever home.

I have lived in ED for over 20 years and we have been renting our place for nearly 8 years, let me know if we could meet up and have a chat, also how do you feel about small dogs? I have two very well behaved frenchies that don’t bark and are more like domesticated cats.

Let me know your thoughts

Hi Elly, I am looking for a short term rental of around 2-3 months but potentially longer whilst I wait for the property I'm buying in Bexleyheath to complete. I will have my two daughters with me. I'm in Kidbrooke at the moment but finding short term rentals are like gold dust, so considering the whole south east of London. I hope to hear from you soon. Sophie

    • Hi there!   We are looking into getting a side return and loft dormer. I wondered if anyone had any experience of working with Resi or GoPlans? We'd be keen for there to be an element of interesting architectural design, however can't afford a traditional architect. We wondered if Resi might have the edge over GoPlans on this due to the size of the company and the amount of architectural designers they have working for them.    We'd love to know any thoughts you had about these companies or similar!   Thanks!   Julia
    • I’d like to recommend local plumber - James at Trelco Plumbing. I’ve used them twice now, for a kitchen tap replacement and a boiler repair. Both times they were able to attend at short notice, arrived on time and we are very happy with the work they have done. James is polite, responsive and easy to deal with. • Deptford Green and Elm Green anecdotally have a more realistic and compassionate to kids differing needs. Whether that is still the case i'm not sure. Having 3 boys at Charter i would seriously consider a boys school if you have them, Charter East really aren't geared up for the different educational needs of some boys and the challenging behaviour this frustration leads to. I have heard amazing things about St Thomas the Apostle boys school.
