Gingerbeer
My favorite was my monkey Tippy. She looks pretty much the same now, fur a little grungier, hair bow askew, and someone wrote my name (spelled incorrectly) on the bottom of her shoes.http://img0.etsystatic.com/007/0/6899360/il_570xN.396255728_d42e.jpgI don't know why I loved that thing, its borderline creepy. Yet still tugs on the old heartstrings. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/34919-favourit-doll-or-teddy-bear/#findComment-667098 Share on other sites

Otta
I had Danny The Dog, and was over the moon when my daughter started taking him everywhere. That is until he was left out in the garden and never swen again. I suspect he was brutally raped amd murdered by a local fox.I was genuinely upset. HonaloochieB
My favourite doll was an action figure of course. It was an Action Man, whom I secretly named Capt Hurricane.I always wanted another one so that I could inspect them and say "At ease men, smoke 'em if you got 'em".But at 27/6d a pop that remained a crazy dream. computedshorty
I think that the last picture reminds me of the demise of most toy bears. oimissus
I had a ginger teddy called Lizzie. I washed her in the washing machine a few years ago (she would have been in her mid-30s at the time) and her head fell off. So now my daughter plays with Lizzie's head.
