Are you a new mum with a baby between 8weeks and precrawling? I am offering a FREE ‘mum and baby yoga’ group class as part of my recent training in ‘postnatal yoga and mindfulness’. I have 24 years yoga teaching experience with specialist training in yoga for pelvic health and women’s health. I am also a post natal doula.

Get in touch if you are interested - or if you would like to form a group and share the experience with one or two of your new mum friends? Happy to offer a venue or run it in the comfort of your home if you have space.

  • 2 weeks later...

This FREE one-off class is taking place on Friday 6th September 2-3.30pm.

I have been integrating my recent post natal yoga and mindfulness training as well as a post natal doula training, and this class will be a chance for me to bring together some of my learning within a Mum and baby group setting. It will be fun and nourishing for all.

There are still spaces available. Contact me on [email protected] for more details and to sign up.

Then we can see how much of a mess they've made, especially the quantity of non-biodegradeable litter trampled into the earth. GALA 2025 - Production Schedule.pdf

    • It is intimidating looking through the book sections now.  I sometimes wonder if they're stocking bookshops' remainders. OTOH, when I put  some books out in a cardboard box for taking, it was  encouraging to see that a fair proportion of those taken were aged hardbacks.
