computedshorty
There does not seem to be a section about Public Toilets. As so many Public Toilets are being closed, where can we go?If there is no Toilet near could you ask to use a shops toilet? You see so many night people in London using the alyways, but where can they go.Is it against your human rights for an establishment to refuse you use of their toilet?I'll often walk into a pub or caf? and ask if it's okay for me to use the toilet. Some places are fine with it, some places aren't, and some places are unneccessarily rude about it despite how politely I've asked. I work in a restaurant and would never dream of turning someone away, if you've gotta go you've gotta go, it's a basic human need. Isn't it kind of against your human rights for them to say no?There is a solution but will the local councils be prepared to give it? Marmora Man
I believe there is a scheme in London at least where a shop / restaurant etc declares they will allow general public to use their loos and, in return, they obtain some (small) relief on business rates.
