Very sweet affectionate cat found

Hi! Does anyone know if this cat belongs to anyone? I believe she is a girl, as she has big teets and could be pregnant/ just had a litter. She’s very affectionate, but doesn’t have a collar and has absolutely no appetite (so I’m hoping this means she’s owned), but she tends to sit in our front garden a lot 

Please let me know if you recognise her or know who owns her, as would like to know if I should call the vet!
