Taline
Hi! I’m looking for a long-term new lodger/housemate to live in my sweet little flat. I'm from Brazil, left-wing and queer/LGBTQ+. I’m happy to socialise but also appreciate my own independent social life. The room is £800 a month not including bills. Plus bills (council tax - Band B, gas, electricity, water and internet) are around 170£ on average. (it can go a bit up in winter and get lower in summer) As people have different cleaning standards, I would like to agree upon a cleaner coming every week or two weeks (we can agree on that). It would be around 25£ (per person) every time she comes. I would also also ask for a £800 deposit and a reference. At the moment, I mainly work from home (it might change in the future), I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and kind. I'm not a party monster, so I would appreciate a housemate who enjoys a peaceful environment. Send me a message and tell me a bit about yourself and then we can organise a viewing! The room is already available. Flat Details: The flat is located on the first floor of a maisonette but comes with the bonus of a charming little private garden and patio downstairs.
