malumbu
I'd be grateful if this thread was not hijacked. This is separate to any beef about cyclists, motorists, LTNs etc etc I've resisted buying either of these products, and feel a little uncomfortable about surveillance society. The number of cash for crash scams has had me thinking, and I've just had a number of incidents when out cycling in recent days- dangerous overtaking, person driving on a mobile, two times today cars speeding down a bus lane on Lordship Lane. These type of incident often come in clusters, and I'll have weeks which are relatively quiet. However the road rage this morning, when a group of us where threatened by a psychopath in a van, was maybe a watershed moment. The central London road, part of the London bike network, was narrow, with no room to overtake. After squeezing past a few of us he told us in no uncertain terms that we had to get our of his way, twice getting out of his van in a matter tens of seconds, to intimidate us. Not witnessed this deranged (drugged up?) behaviour for many years. So any recommendations for, any experience of, dash and/or helmet cams? By all means discuss the pros and cons of having them. But not cars vs bikes, thanks. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/351978-recommendations-for-dashhelmet-cam/ Share on other sites
Hen123
I have a few friends who have GoPros and recommend. Not the cheapest option though.
