Hi, I'm Francesca!

I run forest school classes for kids aged between 2-8 yrs old throughout the week and weekends. Fancy a 3-5.30PM session just let me know! I also have availability for October half term.

My sessions are designed to be a learning centric, fun, explorative way to help kids grow and gain confidence in nature.  I encourage and nurture our little citizens to tap into their creativity, play with self expression and problem solving abilities outdoors.  By getting to grips with the natural world whilst living in a busy city, I help kids find new roots, and ways to embrace the seasons.. Let's get the hands dirty, wind in their faces and unleash their wild side all in a safe, supportive environment within our city's green spaces.

These are expansive and enriching experiences led with love.

Classes are curated by me and include:

- Plant and mini-beast identification

- Nature-based arts & crafts

- Multi-sensory learning through play

- Early years balance & coordination skills

- Meditation and grounding exercises

Classes are 2-2.5 hours long and perfect for post-nursery, school or kickstarting the day. Sessions can be private or intimate groups up to 6 kids. Open to changing locations.

Feel free to get in touch and I can share more information.

I am DBS certified and look forward to hearing from you.

    • I don't know how it works now but my late parents had little money when they were retired (just state pension and they rented their flat) and they used to take their cat to the Blue Cross (In Victoria if I remember correctly) where treatment was free for those who could'nt afford a private vet. I sincerely hope similar is available still because for many elderly their pet is their main source of comfort and company.
    • In a couple of places locally, I have come across this. I am fairly sure that they attempt to do the bill in their head. If you just say , “no, I think it’s x” they start again and get to an agreeable number, or find a calculator. I don’t think it’s a malicious attempt to swindle people. Just not great arithmetic.
    • There are excellent charities like the Greenwich Wildlife Network who will help if you report any concerns with local wildlife. Foxes are wonderful creatures who had been forced into our town and cities and are just doing their best to survive, we should take care of them when we can.
    • Like I thought… prob like that for most of the day.. especially after people had walked their dogs, with friends, relatives  kids…
